1. User Obligations and Responsibilities

- Plants are living organisms. Their appearance may vary slightly from website images due to natural growth, seasonality, and individual characteristics.
- We provide detailed care guides (e.g., for Bright Indirect Light Houseplants or Full Sun Houseplants). Ultimate plant health depends on the care environment you provide post-delivery.
Non-Plant Products (Art, Supplies, Gifts):
- We strive for color accuracy in product images, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.
- Descriptions of Dried Floral Bouquets and Botanical Art Prints detail their artisanal nature; minor, natural variations are inherent to their beauty and are not defects.
🌱 Plant Parent Note: Live plants may experience temporary stress (like slight leaf drop) after shipping. This is normal. Please allow them time to acclimate to their new home.
3. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment Terms
Order Process:
- Order Submission: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.
- Order Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing your order details (items, quantities, shipping address) before final submission.
- Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by contacting [email protected]. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Pricing:
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If an error is found, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order.
- Prices for items in Bargain Gifts – Sale Items are final as marked.
Payment:

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Mesa, Arizona, USA, to most global destinations (excluding parts of Asia and remote regions as determined by carriers).
Processing & Methods:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide a complete and deliverable shipping address.
- Be available to receive live plant deliveries promptly to prevent weather-related stress.
- Inspect packages upon delivery. For visible damage, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
- Understand that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items:
To ensure quality and safety, the following cannot be returned:
- Dried Floral Bouquets | Everlasting Beauty (due to delicate, artisanal nature).

- Opened or used plant care supplies (fertilizers, soils).
- Digital products.
- Items marked “Final Sale” in the Bargain Gifts section.
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper care or accidents.
🌿 For Live Plant Issues: If your plant arrives severely damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will promptly arrange a solution.
