Each PLINT Galvanized Metal Watering Can undergoes a meticulous hot-dip galvanization process. The can is immersed in a 460-degree zinc alloy, allowing the zinc to adhere to the iron like a thick syrup. After the zinc dip, the can hangs and drips for 20 minutes, achieving the perfect coating. Following this, the watering can is colored and powder-coated, adding a protective layer that enhances its color and texture. This process not only creates a distinctive finish but also provides the best protection against rust, ensuring your watering can remains in great condition for years to come.
