Where do you ship from?
All our leafy love is hand-packed with care at our sunny nursery in Mesa, Arizona (944 Dye Street, Mesa, AZ 85225).
What are my shipping options and costs?
  • 🚚 Standard Shipping (Recommended for Live Plants): A flat rate of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. After 1-2 days of careful order processing, delivery typically takes 10-15 days after shipment. This faster, tracked service is ideal for ensuring your living plants spend less time in transit.
  • 🎁 Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 via EMS. After processing, delivery typically takes 15-25 days after shipment. Perfect for non-perishable items like art prints, supplies, or dried bouquets.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to lovingly select, inspect, and pack your order. After that:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days in transit.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days in transit.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our “leafy love” worldwide*, bringing a piece of Arizona sunshine to doorsteps across the globe. Please note, we are currently unable to ship to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. For the most current list, please check our website.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We treat shipping as an extension of plant care. Each item is packed with its specific needs in mind using specialized materials to secure pots, protect foliage, and maintain root health. For temperature-sensitive shipments, we include Heat Packs to safeguard against cold.

What should I do if my plant arrives damaged or stressed?
First, don’t worry! It’s normal for plants to experience slight shock during travel. Open your box promptly, give your plant a gentle watering if needed, and place it in the appropriate light as listed on its care card. They usually perk up with a little TLC. If you have concerns about its health upon arrival, please contact us within 15 days with photos, and we’ll help.
