What to Expect After You Order

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately.
• The Careful Packing Phase (1-2 Days): Our team lovingly selects, inspects, and expertly packs your order in our Mesa, AZ store.
• Shipment Notification: Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
• Greeting Your New Plant: Upon arrival, open your box promptly. Give your plant a gentle watering if needed and place it in the appropriate light as listed on its care card. It’s normal for plants to experience slight shock during travel; they’ll perk up with your care.
